Two Saturdays ago, Diplo featured an extended mix from his protege-of-sorts, Dillon Francis, on his weekly Diplo and Friends radio show on BBC Radio 1 and 1xtra. The mix, which was just made available for free on SoundCloud, features a refreshingly unique blend of lesser-known artists and tracks spanning genres from moombahton to house and nu-disco.

To keep the set contemporary, Dillon mixes in chart-topping hits like Porter Robinson’s “Language,” and recently released tracks including Knife Party’s “Sleaze” and his own remix of Steve Aoki’s “Control Freak.” Clocking in just thirty seconds short of two hours and featuring cameos from Madonna and Arnold Schwarzenegger, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better summertime mix (aside from our own Axis podcast, of course).
