Anjunabeats Worldwide celebrates 300th episode with James Grant, Oliver Smith, Norin & Rad, Mat Zo
Over the weekend, Anjunabeats and Anjunadeep’s radio show, Anjunabeats Worldwide, celebrated its 300th episode with a marathon four-hour mix from some of the brightest stars on the legendary labels. The show premiered all the way back in 2007, and every week a different artist showcases a two-hour mix. It has become recognized as an instrumental launchpad for new talent in the world of progressive trance and deep house.
James Grant kicks off the episode with his deep house grooves and Anjuna veteran Oliver Smith moves seemlessly into more uptempo classic house in the second hour. The latter half of the mix belongs to breakthrough Californian duo Norin & Rad’s distinctive tribal-trance sound and an arresting contribution from Dancing Astronaut favorite, Mat Zo.
