The Blood Beetroots have ended their interval of dormancy by following up on their June release of “Rocksteady” with “Chronicles of a Fallen Love,” an emphatic, vocally driven original. Greta Svabo Bech, of “Raise Your Weapon” and “Fire Inside” fame, offers a sensational vocal performance as usual, breathing life into the thunderous production. The Bloody Beetroots compliment Bech’s evocative vocals with a subtle piano melody and a soft, thumping kick drum, before turning up the energy with a metallic, electric guitar riff, in the same vein as “Rocksteady.” The track, along with an instrumental version, is available on Beatport today.
