Swedish House Mafia announce final tour dates, ending their legacy at Ultra Music Festival
Standing at the forefront of the modern day EDM boom, Swedish House Mafia have delivered a flawless array of anthems, sold out Madison Square Garden, and gave goosebumps to millions of adoring fans throughout the world. When the trio announced their split, shockwaves were sent through the entire dance music landscape. The group, whose name had nearly become synonymous with electronic dance music, were actually calling it quits, seemingly at the peak of their success. Thankfully, the trio weren’t going to go out without making a ton of noise and launched a worldwide tour, an enigmatic marketing campaign, and a slew of teasers that kept us all on the edge of our seats. With their final announcement to play March 15th and 24th of Ultra Music Festival, it seems poetic that their story will come to a close much the same way it began – in Miami – during the largest dance music event on the East Coast.
