Afrojack’s ‘As Your Friend’ to be first single off debut album, will feature Chris Brown
Playing a sold out Pier 94 this New Years Eve and remixing Keane’s “Sovereign Light Cafe,” Afrojack is closing out 2012 with a bang — but he will be heading into 2013 even stronger. Following the future release of his “Gangnam Style” remix, we will be graced with “As Your Friend,” the first official single from his debut artist album. “As Your Friend” has been floating around as an upcoming Chris Brown song, but it has now been established that the track will serve as Afrojack’s lead record for his upcoming project.
“As Your Friend” is one of the few pop crossovers that will appear on Afrojack’s upcoming album, while the rest is expected be the less-commercial side we anticipate.
