Weekend Rewind: Danny Tenaglia feat. Celeda – Music Is the Answer (Deep Dish Deadline Mix)
In a recent interview with Mixmag, Dubfire talked about his past joint venture with Sharam on Deep Dish, shelling out details on the release of “a box set which will be a retrospective” of all the tracks, remixes, and compilations that they created as a duo. Together, they were behind some of the famous remixes of our time, as is the case with today’s Weekend Rewind on Danny Tenaglia’s staple house track “Music Is The Answer.”
The track is a signature Deep Dish production, featuring Sharam’s dark progressive roots with Dubfire’s minimal techno glee. “Music Is The Answer” goes back to ’90s house music when Danny Tenaglia was leading the wave of American DJ culture. The 2009 remix is a complete reconstruction, borrowing the prominent vocal segment to bring to fruition a dark, progressive house gem.
