Miami Music Week will be more than endless day and night partying bookended by a  double-header of Ultra Music Festival; 2013’s Winter Music Conference will also span the 14th-25th of March. With WMC comes the 28th annual International Dance Music Awards, and voting is now open to the public. Categories range from best track (of each genre) to best DJ (of all tiers and homelands); even the businesses of dance music are represented with categories such as best club, best promoter, and best event.
