Justin Martin & Eats Everything – Feather Fight EP
Justin Martin and Eats Everything had a house music baby and it’s named the Feather Fight EP. Surprisingly this is the first collaboration from these two underground heavyweights, but it definitely will not be their last. The two track EP features the release of “Feather Fight” and “Harpy” — tunes that could have easily come from either of these producers individually but are inevitably stronger with the melding of these two musical minds. “Feather Fight,” a punchy bass-heavy tune, got a first play on the Dirtybird Essential Selection takeover back in December and has otherwise been receiving a lot of international radio play since. On the B side, “Harpy” is sweeping and orchestral with a dark low-end, employing both twinkling chimes and squelching horns. Click through for a lengthy preview and purchase link.
