Madeon set to be first electronic artist to perform at New York Stock Exchange
When Madeon first burst onto the scene with his remix of Deadmau5‘s “Raise Your Weapon” in 2011, we knew the young producer was destined for greatness. Since then, he’s performed at some of the world’s biggest festivals, earned the number 54 spot on DJ Mag’s 2012 Top 100 list, and joined Lady Gaga as support on the North American leg of her tour. On February 23rd Madeon is set to add to his list of accomplishments when he becomes the first ever dance music artist to perform at the New York Stock Exchange. The performance is a part of The Kairos 50, a fitting event for the 18-year-old talent since it honors cutting-edge companies created by college students worldwide. Madeon might not be a college student but he is certainly a young mover and shaker.
