GTA‘s hot streak doesn’t begin nor end at “Hit It.” After setting the bar high with original EPs, People Boots and Ai Novinha, the Miami-based duo has recently remixed Deadmau5 and Wolfgang Gartner’s “Channel 42” and previewed their Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike collaboration, “Turn It Up.” This week, GTA return to the remix circuit behind an unexpected act, the eight-man neotango band, Bajofondo. Finding comfort experimenting with South American sounds, they make “Pide Piso” their own flavorful production guided by the fun-loving rhythms of Argentina.
