MTV and Vello Virkhaus of V Squared Labs take us behind the scenes of the production of the Ultra mainstage visuals. Little elements like visual production are sometimes overlooked but they are undoubtedly integral pieces of an events overall vibe. Virkhaus explains that their goal was to create images that would reflect the importance of an occasion as momentous as the festival’s 15th anniversary. Weekend two attendees can expect to see individually curated visual journeys for several artists including Dirty South, R3hab, and Datsik.
