Ivan Gough, Steve Bleas, & Stevie Mink preview ‘Boom’ ahead of April 8th release date

A decade down the line and nearly 100 releases strong, Size Records are still chiming with undisputable relevance to global club land. But off the back of an already affluent year for Steve Angello and his long serving imprint, yet another future label asset is given a formal right of passage, this time in the form of Australian talent Ivan Gough and national peers Steve Bleas and Stevie Mink, who take the reigns of the label’s 101st release “Boom.” As premiered on Steve’s stellar Essential Mix, the track deals an eclectic blow to the peak time skyline, using subtle grooves and minimalistic lead work to forge a track that positively ditches Gough’s typically uplifting studio get-up. With their sights now set on another decade at the forefront of modern dance music, “Boom” serves as a positive indicator of the shape of things to come from Angello’s long serving powerhouse from here onwards, and it begins with the April 8th release.
