Over the weekend, Pharrell Williams took to the stage at an HTC One launch party at Brooklyn’s House of Vans to give his new collaboration with Daft Punk its first road test. The opportunity was a special one for Williams — so special that he performed the track three times in a row, receiving more and more praise from the crowd with each go. On his final take you can hear him saying: “you can leave if you want to leave, I just need to do it,” further stating that “this is my first time doing the song.” “Get Lucky” was released last week via Columbia Records.
