A-Trak reveals details of new Duck Sauce album; due this fall complete with 12 tracks
A-Trak and Armand Van Helden have a track record of hits resulting from the special occasion that they collaborate together as Duck Sauce. “Barbra Streisand” took the charts by storm in 2010, “Big Bad Wolf” garnered further popularity in 2011, and their latest record, “It’s You,” has just been released this week. Joining forces to produce music beyond singles, the duo have spent time in the studio to complete a full-length album. In a recent interview, A-Trak has revealed that a Duck Sauce album is on the way, set to be released this fall with 12 tracks.
“Album in the fall, October I think. Full album, we’re mastering in less than two weeks. It’s looking like 12 [songs], we’re still tinkering with things. When you listen to it, it all feels like one thing. Especially in dance music, there’s no point in doing a dance album unless its a concept album or a cohesive body of work.”
