After establishing himself as a promising hip-hop producer with work for everyone from Busta Rhymes to Fabulous, Araabmuzik has turned to his passion for DJing to enter the landscape of live music. The Rhode Island native known for his advanced use of drums has most recently garnered respect from the electronic community following his Ultra Music Festival debut this spring, and has already been announced to perform at Electric Daisy Carnival later this month.

Moments after his EDC roster spot was announced, however, Araabmuzik became the victim of a shooting. A matter of being in the wrong place at the wrong time, the artist was shot amidst a robbery attempt while out in his neighborhood with friends. In an inspiring tale, he recovered quickly, unwilling to let his wounds serve as a roadblock to his recently booming DJ career.

Weeks before taking Las Vegas, Araabmuzik is ready to deliver a festival set in Tennessee at this year’s Bonnaroo. With an evening time slot of 6:15 local time, his hour-long, bounce back outing at “The Other Tent” will be one not to be missed. Healed and ready as ever, Araabmuzik’s rally and resurgence will result in an emotional DJ set that will allow fans to feel his survival instinct.
