Disclosure goes gold as ‘Settle’ sells one hundred thousand copies
It’s only their studio album debut, yet the Lawrence brothers find themselves upon album charts, amidst global radio shows, and everywhere in between. Spawning from their inauguration, Disclosure have become two of the most adored artists in electronic music and have been officially marked as the most blogged about artists of 2013 thus far. Now, after peaking at number one on the UK charts, their debut album Settle has reached another major milestone, racking up over 100,000 copies sold to achieve gold status. With a shiny new plaque to hang on their wall and an album that continues to ride on the success of singles such as “Latch” and “White Noise,” platinum is in Disclosure’s line of sight.
