Pete Tong premieres Avicii’s new single “You Make Me” on this week’s Essential Selections
In another jam-packed episode of the latest and greatest dance music from around the globe, Pete Tong whips us through his favorite picks in all genres of dance music in this week’s Essential Selections. He starts off the show with progressive picks including the world premiere of Avicii’s new True single “You Make Me,” as well as DVBBS & Borgeous’ big room electro track “Tsunami,” and Arston’s remix of Arty’s “Grand Finale.”
His Essential Tune of the Week is none other than Chris Malinchak’s smooth sailing single “If U Got It,” taking the spot from Calvin Harris’ remix of “Eat Sleep Rave Repeat” last week. London’s deep house producer Ray Foxx showcases his Goody-Goodies, while Parisian DJ W!ld is chosen as Pete’s Future Star. Felix da Housecat is knighted into Pete’s Hall of Fame, while Chris Malinchak closes out the show with a snippet from his set during Radio 1’s live show in Ibiza at Ushuaia.
