DA’s own progressive house upholder and consistent label hopper Andre Sobota returns to the spotlight with two new cuts for Anjunadeep this month. Last found at the label remixing Jody Wisternoff’s vocal single “Out Of Reach”,  his debut solo offering forms a solid continuation of the fluid instrumental studio work that has held his name in such high esteem to-date.  Where A-side “Tokyo Dawn” deals in deep and dreamy melodic progressions and lightly formed grooves throughout, “Move” summons more subtle and hypnotic underground hallmarks from this Brazilian all-rounder. On the approach to the third-quarter of 2013, Sobota is looking more dexterously placed on the industry skyline than ever before. If his debut Anjunadeep two-track is to be believed, this alternative alias to drum & bass kingpin Bungle looks only fall into higher demand with such integral and intuitive cuts at his mercy.
