Andrew Bayer supplements ‘Perth’ with heavy house track, ‘Mirth Mobile’

Andrew Bayer has established himself as one of Anjunabeats’ finest assets. After captivating the electronic world with his avant-garde sophomore album If It Were You , We’d Never Leave, Andrew Bayer has gone on to showcase a plethora of high intensity, club-ready productions. His newest release comes in the form of a two-track EP, slated for official release on November 11th. The A-side to the EP, “Perth,” has received no shortage of attention thus far for its radiant sound design and uplifting progression. The B-side to the release, “Mirth Mobile,” has finally been previewed by Bayer. In contrast to “Perth,” “Mirth Mobile” rides on a thunderous sawtooth bassline and feels more akin to the fusion of electro and progressive house popularized by such artists as Zedd and Clockwork (among many more).

Andrew Bayer’s newest work may be a far cry from the eclectic downtempo and midtempo productions of his album, but if anything, it further supports the claim that Bayer is one of the most versatile artists in the dance music sphere.
