Junior Sanchez releases ‘The Future,’ delivers on promise of quality dance music from Brobot

Back in March, Junior Sanchez told Dancing Astronaut that the music to come from his new label, Brobot, would be “good quality dance music, dope electronic dance music… a menu of electronic music,” further elaborating, “It’s kind of like food — if it’s good it’s good.” Well, the veteran dished out his first serving, “Acid Fire,” as a free appetizer when he launched the imprint via Steve Angello’s Size. Now the conductor of dance floor destruction is back with Brobot’s second release, the highly anticipated main course known as “The Future.” Drawing emotion from the sampled piano riff of When In Rome’s “The Promise” and embedding contagious drums and fitting flavorful rhythm, “The Future” fits the bill as the sound of tomorrow while paying homage to sounds of the past.
