Afrojack releases 'Community of 3 Million' mix, urges fans to donate to benefit typhoon victims in the Philippines
In recognition of Afrojack’s three million “like” milestone on Facebook, the Wall Recordings boss has released a mix for fans worldwide to hear. Surprisingly, however, Nick van de Wall has deflected the attention from himself to the dire recent events in the Philippines.
In order to assist in the attempt to raise money for the typhoon victims, the Dutch superstar has put together a mix full of exciting track premieres. Beginning with his latest release, “The Spark,” Afrojack continues on to unveil 4 unheard tracks displaying his exceptional talent in a variety of genres. As the musical roller coaster progresses, building emotion with melody and delivering thrills through menacing bass, Nick delivers a parting gift in the form of his much-discussed remix of Miley Cyrus’ “Wrecking Ball.” It is refreshing when an artist releases a set that showcases so much new material, and this breath of fresh air should certainly hold Afrojack fans over until we hear more from the man himself about his upcoming album.
Devastated by a recent typhoon, the Philippines can surely use the dance community’s help. We here at Dancing Astronaut join Afrojack in urging you to donate. Follow the Red Cross link below to do so.
