Hot off the heels of a successful debut full-length EP for Wolf Music, fast-ascending British talent Ned Peglar, A.K.A. Medlar, adds Needwant to his already accomplished discography with an on-point remix for James Fox’s impending Holding On EP. Diverging from the package’s ‘NYC’ and ‘Slow Jam’ mixes, Medlar provides a moodier yet melodically enhanced take on the striking vocal offering. Leaving enough room for Vanity Jay’s top line to still strike in all the right places without playing things too far from his own house penchant, this stellar British specimen does himself no discredit with a well-oiled debut for Needwant in tow. The entire package for James Fox’s “Holding On” hits the digital market on December 16.
