Martin Garrix’s “Animals” has certainly left its mark on dance music. Aside from making the young Dutch producer the youngest to ever reach the top of Beatport, it proceed to propel the 17 year old to superstar status. While it’s received a number of unofficial remixes from producers looking to turn the track into something all their own, the first official remix comes from Garrix himself and trap icon Victor Niglio. The official remix has already received a massive amount of support, most notably from Zedd, who has played the remix at most of his performances over the past few months during his massive Moment of Clarity tour. As the title suggests, the two producers turn “Animals” into a trap masterpiece that breathes new life into one of the year’s most popular songs.
