Brooklyn-based indie dance duo, The Golden Pony, have been climbing the Hype Machine since the release of their remix of Tears for Fears “Everybody Wants to Rule the World.” With a slew of catchy remixes under their collective belts, the pair take their first swing at original production duties, dropping gears into deeper territory with “Tiny Purple Fishes.”  Framed by cheeky vocal samples, the pair create a classic house landscape that swings and moves through a blend of deep house bass lines, subdued riffs, and fluttering claves.
