The Jacksons call to David Guetta for future comeback album
As dance music festivals spring up in every major city around the world and the Grammy Awards are honoring respected and talented electronic producers for the Best Dance/Electronica Album category, the rest of the world has undeniably begun to take notice of our genre. The Jacksons, a legendary quartet made up of siblings of the late “King of Pop,” Michael Jackson, have expressed their own interest in collaborating with a dance music genre guru – none other than Grammy-nominated producer and DJ, David Guetta.
Jackie Jackson explains that the group is looking to modernize and adapt the classic Jackson sound by incorporating elements of today’s generation of soulful sounds. The Jacksons plan to release a comeback album next year and hope to bring in several well-known producers for their project. Jackie also spoke with the New York Post newspaper and said, “We hope we can do something in the future [with Guetta].”
