Junior Sanchez readies 'Without You,' first Size Records release of 2014
Size Records had victory lap of a year in 2013, with music offering the highest quality of its type, a ten-year anniversary, and the birth of a sister imprint to stamp atop a long list of acclaimed releases. As for 2014, it looks like Steve Angello and Co. are aiming even higher and won’t be wasting any time. The first record of the new year will drop on January 6th, coming from within the family as Junior Sanchez‘s original “Without You.”
Fresh off work for sister imprint X in “W2TU,” Junior bridges the gap between both outlets, embracing the beat-driven side of things with rolling percussion but done with spontaneity and and anthemic flare. Vocal efforts are being treated with the utmost respect as the calendar flips to 2014 at camp Size, and CeCe Peniston has been selected as the catalyst. One of the most revered songstresses in 1990’s house music, Peniston brings just that nostalgia to “Without You” and follows Junior’s strong suit for capturing a sense of timeless dance.
