French born Cedric Gervais previews another new single, “The Look,” to be released on January 31st through Spinnin’ Records. After a stellar year of growth and more mainstream oriented success, like his popular rendition of Lana Del Rey’s “Summertime Sadness,” the 2013 Best Remix Grammy nominee returns to his roots on his latest release. Infused with piano chords, catchy synths and a drop that shifts the smooth track into a grungy electro house direction, Gervais’ newest output reminds fans of his older style, showcasing some of his musical influence as a Miami local.
