In what proves to be Freddie Mercury as you’ve never heard him before, Excision and Downlink have teamed up to re-imagine Queen’s “We Will Rock You.” Shortened to just “Rock You,” the edit does just that. From throwing distortion on the iconic stomp clap section to injecting a hard style influence into the arena rock hit, the two dubstep producers hold nothing back as they dirty up the classic. Familiar enough to sing along to and grungy enough to get down, the rework is available now as a free download.
