Krewella gets raw in video debut of ‘Human’

When you think of the typical storyline of a DJ’s career, chances are you don’t script chapters full of discontent, loneliness, or the desire to go to a greasy pizza joint with hometown friends. If you watch Krewella‘s new music video, however, those more pedestrian side stories prove to be just as present as the constant partying and jetsetting. Directed by Miles Evert, the video for “Human” lives up to its name by showcasing scenes that are more often cut; arguments, tears, and a longing for a more normal life. While more “real” than the Krew’s past videos, flashing lights, screaming crowds, and the thrill of the show are also included.
