A frequent visitor in our Best of the Rest feature, Bender has been slowly toiling away in New York City, developing a strange flair for the unexpected. A chameleon in the studio, his productions take on lives of their own, each distinctly different than the next. On “Erratic,” Bender follows up his Late Night spin on Kaskade’s “Atmosphere” with a twisted array of industrial kicks, spastic arps and some truly deviant sample selection. We can’t all be wolves of wall street, but sometimes we can pretend.
