Dancing Astronaut presents Axis episode 094: Mixed by Deniz Koyu

“Bong”-master turned globetrotting breakout Deniz Koyu takes the reigns of Axis 094 this month, bringing his big room fundamentals to the series. As the man behind some of modern dance music’s favorite four-letter words, the German talent joins the Axis series off the trail of latest single and Axtone debut “Ruby.” Already a proven festival champion with a considerable stake in the sound and its ongoing developments, his mix matches the commercial, the melodic and the meticulously peak time sounds. We’re still eagerly awaiting his impending collaboration alongside Thomas Gold, but between choice cuts from Norin & Rad, John Dish and Jus Jack, Koyu hits enough high notes to make a well-oiled mix a more than acceptable consolation prize.
