dBerrie & Zen Freeman – Switch (Original Mix)
For his first release of 2014, New York’s dBerrie teams up with Zen Freeman for “Switch.” Arriving on Beatport courtesy of Calvin Harris’ Fly Eye Records, the collaboration between the two producers is a welcome return to the release circuit. “Switch” uses a familiar buildup while the original mix builds tension, before a dark synth which continuously progresses provides the track’s plateau. Although Fly Eye Records doesn’t release material on a weekly basis, the label’s releases have always garnered a plethora of support and “Switch” is another worthy addition to its discography.
