Though Mat Zo‘s Damage Control proved to be one of Astralwerks most successful albums of 2013, Maor Levi has taken the album’s “Only For You” and turned it into something more resembling the artist’s Anjunabeats roots. In the forthcoming remix, Rachel K Collier’s vocals no longer preside over a vintage-tinted house track but take the euphoric reins. Replacing slinky synthesizer elements with soft cymbal taps, the remix ramps up the BPM, sets the piano melody down with a flourish and marries commercial appeal with emotive agenda in an undeniably blissful union. The first remix to be revealed for the album’s latest single, Maor Levi’s take will hit the shelves soon.
