After some seriously compelling tech and deep house originals last year in the form of “Sinister Strings,” “313 (Detroit Calling),” and “Chloroformd,” Pleasurekraft look to put their mark on 2014 by remixing Booka Shade’s upcoming single “Crossing Borders” alongside Fritz Kalkbrenner. Layering an irresistible bassline with some of their signature otherworldly atmosphere, the transatlantic duo have created a quirky yet technically appealing deep house rendition. With some keen vocal manipulation and plenty of quirky synth work, Pleasurekraft’s newest work does not disappoint. “Crossing Borders” released on March 21st, with the remixes following on April 6th.
