Calvin Harris teases first single of 2014, ‘Summer’
From landing onto Forbes’ ’30 Under 30′ list to being involved in a new HBO series surrounding the electronic dance industry, Calvin Harris has transitioned into 2014 rather smoothly. Though his discography has been scant as of late, Harris has broken his several month period of silence with a 15-second preview of his new track, “Summer.” The preview, which was released on Instagram as opposed to the traditional Soundcloud or YouTube upload, gives fans just a spoonful of what the famed producer has kept behind closed doors. What Harris presents today showcases the familiar, upbeat energy found in his 2013 release with Alesso and Hurts, “Under Control.” Fans can expect to see more of “Summer” on March 14th, arriving just as the days grow longer and festival season draws near.
