The Godfather of the Dirty Dutch style, Chuckie is understandably in a league of his own. From an electrifying stage presence and energetic party vibes, his early single “Let The Bass Kick” in 2008 perfectly embodies the Dutchman’s lively character. Chuckie’s use of dynamically pitched synths and Latin-influenced percussion helped contribute to his international success and popularity. As no stranger to fusing hip-hop and other rhythmic elements to his music, the single’s ‘part two’ brought in rapper Jermaine Dupri for a reenergized vocal version with, of course, Lil Jon as the hype-man.
