In a recent interview with the Miami-based Power 96, Dillon Francis revealed the title of his highly anticipated upcoming album, Money Sucks, Friends Rule. The Mad Decent mainstay has stated multiple times now that he aims for a July release. The album hopes to showcase the multifaceted skill set of Dillon, along with artists from the 17-year old superstar Martin Garrix to lyrical speed demon Twista. With a recent wave of releases from the Moombah-turned-genre-traversing powerhouse including remixes of Chromeo and Daft Punk and the world-dominating “Get Low” original, the producer has done a great job building his personal brand and upping the hype surrounding his sound leading up to the album release. After recently debuting his brand new stage production at Coachella, we are confident that Dillon has plenty more up his sleeve. While exact details are still pending, one thing is for sure: Dillon Francis will deliver an album this summer, and it will be a far cry from what you think the Dillon Francis sound is.
