Henrix gives away ‘Worldstop,’ blazes with ‘Acid Rave Sex’
Hot off Laidback Luke’s Ones To Watch imprint, dubbed as so with his original “Shake Your Money Maker,” Henrix is using the Mixmash release a catalyst, only heating up moving forward. First, there’s “Acid, Rave, Sex,” his gritty production reflective of its name premiered by Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, complete with lyrics that serve a middle finger to government against dance music. While that’s been circulating, blazing in niche popularity, Henrix’s next effort is ready to surface. Opposed to “Acid, Rave, Sex,” his upcoming “Worldstop” shies away from his aggressive tones and builds emphatically with melody and vocals from Roy English. Both records are due for dance music acclaim, and both will provoke similar reactions despite being polar opposites in terms of sound.
