Movement Detroit inaugurates Silent Disco and announces six stage roster
After receiving three impressive line up announcements, Detroit’s Movement Festival is primed to be one of North America’s stand out Memorial Day Weekend events. The techno-driven three-day festival has now revealed the six stages that will host the colossal 118 act roster. Movement honors Red Bull Academy as their Main Stage host with Carl Cox, Richie Hawtin, and a live Timeline performance at the frontline. Beatport’s hybrid stage follows in suit with a spectacular array of leading names including Claude VonStroke, Maceo Plex, Boys Noize, Pete Tong and more while the Moog Music stage brings a powerful host of talents like DJ Snake, Baauer, and Just Blaze.
Movement stays true to its hometown by paying ode to rising star studded Made in Detroit stage and pays homage to the techno-centered heart that pulses through the festival with its Underground tech-haven. The Detroit Hart Plaza festival inaugurates the sixth stage this year as Silent Disco joins the production family as the newest addition. Silent Disco will extend Movement’s hopes to provide opportunity to deserving and ascending stars by featuring rising talents.
