Just a few months ago, Ultra touched down in South Africa and made history as the continent’s largest festival. The Cape Town and Johannesburg editions brought over 40,000 attendees to the grounds, making the inaugural edition of Ultra South Africa an incredible success. Though the hubbub of UMF has quieted since the passing of Miami and WMC, Ultra invites fans to relive the first ever South Africa adventure in a cinematic scope of the experience. For both those lucky enough to attend and others yearning for a peek into the eyes of a South African music festival, the official 2014 after movie paints a picture of true paradise. Beginning with sandy beaches and exotic wildlife, the energy is more than palpable from the massive crowd. Inspiring words from Martin Garrix, Krewella, Tiësto, and Nicky Romero as several of the event’s christening headliners further cement the fact that Ultra South Africa is absolutely here to stay. For those looking to 2015, the highly successful festival will return on February 13th and 14th of 2015 to both Cape Town and Johannesburg.
