Tomorrowland reveals official set times for anniversary outing
When Eric Prydz has the noon slot, you know you’ve reached festival mecca. Tomorrowland has long reigned supreme as the world’s best festival, but now in it’s tenth year it has decided to outdo even itself. In just a few short weeks Belgium’s Boom will be transformed into a fantasy land for not one but two weekends, and the ID&T festival is giving ample time for planning. After February kicked off an agonizing lineup reveal that slowly named a yearbook’s worth of electronic talent, the waiting to see who plays when is over: Set times for both the July 18th-20th and 25th-27th editions have been officially announced, and yes, Prydz kicks the whole thing off with a three-hour Friday set. Other highlights of the combined 50 hours of music include a closing set from Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike’s project with Steve Aoki, 3 Are Legend, a b2b between Tiësto and protege Hardwell, the return of Superman, Spiderman and Batman, and enough live sets to never see a dead one. For those attending the iconic fest, get planning. For everyone else, there’s Tomorrowland TV.
