Eric Prydz’s reign upon the North American market has been a truly progressive affair. Having already tested the waters of Las Vegas’s topical club scene, the Swedish heavyweight has unveiled a brand new residency at the newly formed LiFe Nightclub commencing September 13th. Inaugurating the new residential spot under his own renowned namesake, his Cirez D moniker will then bring the world of ungroomed techno to the club’s weekly attempt at a spot of underground respite, aptly labeled underground Sunday’s and commencing on Sunday the 14th.

Despite dipping his toes in the commercial market earlier within his career, Prydz has shown no signs of bowing to industry norms or easy options over the past several years. With EPIC 3.0 at Madison Square Garden and a collaborative stint with Deadmau5 at Hard Day of the Dead on the horizon, Prydz’s return to Sin City is sure to be an essential indicator of just how far its indulgent market has come in 2014.
