Whilst the industry is still pining over his recent justification of those infamous cake throwing antics, Steve Aoki has made with the official remix package for his Waka Flocka Flame-versed single “Rage The Night Away.” Dropping enroute to the unloading of Aoki’s Neon Future I album, the single’s aptly stocked arrangement of remix talents is led by undisputed trap kingpins Flosstradamus.

Already accustomed to working with Flame’s now in-demand verses, the Chicago duo’s relentless and bass-favouring take on the lead single still shows one of the more impactful and unapologetically charged strands of the genre to dominate the market place right now. California’s Milo & Otis follow-up on this triplet laden leader on their own high-octane meritd, following up their remix for Vice’s “World Is Our Playground” with a percussively charged display of chugging big room fundamentals true to that which catapulted their standing to an all-time-high for 2014. Whilst honourable mentions are due to Enferno and London Future’s own respective takes on the genre, it is the trap and electro house camps that valiantly extend the shelf life of this pre-album highlight into an extended spotlight for the remainder of the summer season.
