Despite the new label, “Pyara” brings along all the characteristics of previous releases from the Norwegian star. With a slow, driving, and progressive buildup, the newest original mix from Fehrplay features a lead synth that is unrelenting throughout the five minute production. Joel Zimmerman’s imprint has always supported some of electronic music’s brightest stars and the addition of Fehrplay to mau5trap’s roster serves as another coup for the Canadian superstar.
