Lana Del Rey – Ultraviolence (Hook N Sling Remix)
Still buzzing off the success of Axwell’s remix of “Tokyo By Night” and his impending original mix, Hook N Sling has turned his attention to Lana Del Rey. Originally released as part of the songstress’s third studio album, “Ultraviolence” has been reimagined and primed for electronic music’s biggest stages. Orchestral chords begin the proceedings as Lana’s vocals come into the fray and build stamina towards the plateau, which is made up of an equal mix between melodic undertones and aggressive synths. The remix marks the Australian’s first interpretation since taking on Empire of the Sun’s “Celebrate” and is a worthy addition to his discography.
