Life in Color Miami reveals Kaskade as first ‘painted’ headliner
Every weekend, a new festival seems to come forth with all too familiar flyer announcements of dates and roster of artists. Hoping to break the mold, Life in Color has introduced an interesting new method to announce the headliners for their Miami event on December 26th and 27th. Partnered with artist David Garibaldi, LIC plans to take their colorful theme one step further and paint out twelve of their star headliners as the announcement for the two-day showcase. The unveiling kicks off today with the reveal of Kaskade as their first anticipated act; and starting October 6th, the fellow 11 artists will be revealed in paint as well.
The video below shows Girabaldi’s passionate process of creating the first of twelve artful portraits. Following the LIC Miami event, a silent online auction will be hosted for fans to bid on and take a piece home, and all proceeds will be donated to charity.
