Ticketmaster has announced that it has completed its acquisition of Belgian ticketing company Sherpa.be for an undisclosed sum. The company sells approximately 1.5 million tickets for a range of live events, festivals, and theaters. Following the acquisition, Sherpa.be will be folded into the existing Ticketmaster Belgian team as the company continues to grow in the European network with a presence in over 12 countries including the UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, Norway and more.
