Tiësto’s ‘A Town Called Paradise’ debuts as first EDM score for Las Vegas’ Bellagio Fountains

Tiësto is no stranger to Las Vegas as a coveted headliner to any one of the city’s numerous and glamorous clubs. Now, as a dance music icon, it only makes sense that the Dutch legend would be the first electronic representative to be invited to an even more exclusive spotlight shared only by the likes of Michael Jackson, Celine Dion, Frank Sinatra, Elton John, and Elvis Presley; the Bellagio’s distinguished fountains will premiere a new water show choreographed to a mélange of Tiësto’s most recent output, A Town Called Paradise.

Though some question the inclusion of “Wasted” with the other high-profile classics, the Las Vegas-inspired album could not be more appropriate for wanderers of the Strip. This partnership will mark the very first use of EDM score for the fountains, as well as the only time their WET Design creators have actually collaborated with the artist to develop the show’s music. To see how it all comes together, catch the new Tiësto show’s premiere on Wednesday at sunset.
