Zac Efron continues DJ lessons with Classixx and Dillon Francis for ‘We Are Your Friends’

The We Are Your Friends marketing team is working in full force to push EDM-focused film’s main character, Zac Efron, into the dance music sphere through several ‘training’ sessions with a multitude of recognized producers: Alesso first took the High School Musical star under his wing for a quick DJ lesson and then the actor was joined behind the decks by Dillon Francis.

The latest to invite Efron for some studio hang out time is Los Angeles-based duo Classixx. It seems that the 26-year old actor’s lessons have progressed to him actually putting his own spin on tracks. In the following Instagram, Zac Efron jokingly ‘remixes’ loops of a chord from Classixx’s “A Fax from the Beach” while practicing his own stage ready DJ dance moves.

We Are Your Friends is set to release sometime in 2015 and will also feature Emily Ratajkowski of “Blurred Lines” fame as Efron’s co-star.
