Watch This: Deadmau5’s ‘Strobe’ receives incredible cover

Hearing the opening chords to Deadmau5‘s “Strobe” never fails to send chills down the spine, but when translated through live instruments, the experience is somewhat surreal. Niall Fegan, a musician hailing from Ireland, did just that. An electric guitar, piano, tambourine, and shaker are just a few of the tools Fegan used to re-create the 2010 single that helped catalyze Joel Zimmerman’s career. Walking viewers through his musical process by filming himself from start to finish, Niall’s interpretation of “Strobe” comes out on top as not only the most creative, but the most inspiring covers of the track to date.
